Kathleen rianda

Kathleen Rianda is a California native and currently resides in the Central Coast. Her love for baking and sweets has been a lifetime passion, stemming from the influence of her Northern Italian grandmother. Her fondest memories of time spent together reinforced the sharing of traditions with family and friends through good food. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in San Francisco and a connoisseur of fine eats and treats, she specializes in biscottini (small, unique cookies), and her "signature" sugar cookie has quickly become a favorite amongst her customers. Using only the finest ingredients, each cookie is handcrafted and hand-decorated and her presentation is just as impressive.
